My name is Eddie O Neill. I am a professional Empowerment / Life Coach, and Drum Circle Facilitator. I am the founder of RCP (Rhythm Connection Practice) which is a Personal and Group Growth intervention that encourages the use of Hand Drumming and Rhythm Based Activities to enhance your Wellness, Development and Performance. I am devoted to helping you Transform and Energize your life through Coaching/Courses/Workshops, designed to Empower you, and supply you with the tools you need for massive Transformation. I am passionate about helping individuals and groups back to a way of living, working and performing to their maximum, and live a life that is full of Motivation, Energy and Enjoyment.

We used Eddie for our offsite management meeting and the drumming experience was great for the whole team despite initial reservations from some of them. The great thing is that it is an activity that is suitable for all ages, men and women and everyone can do it. It also works., I beleive that it really bonded my team together and they are still talking about even though it happened a year ago.
